Team Attire's Return Policy

We trust you will be satisfied with your Team Attire purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our return policy is stated below. The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Returned items must have a Returned Goods Authorization number.
    15% restocking fee charged for items without a RGA number.
    10% restocking fee for all Antigua product returns.

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Please refer to your packing slip for detailed return information.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the shipping cost of the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

Customized / Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles

All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 303.471.6552

Software and Electronic Media Products

The products below are software and electronic media products:

  • CD-ROMs
  • Computer Games
  • Software
  • VHS Tapes

If you wish to return a media product, you may return the product, unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other non-refundable charges. Opened software and media items will not be accepted for returns

TeamAttire will charge a 15% restocking fee if an item is returned without first receiving an RGA# from TeamAttire customer service or if an item is returned to the incorrect address. So, before returning any items, please complete the Return Information Email Form  and submit it to us for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and details on how to return or exchange the product.
